Shipping Information

Orders received before 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, will be processed and shipped the same day, based upon stock availability. Orders received after 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the following business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays. Items shipped UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air does not include the day of shipment, Saturday, Sunday and major holidays. Items shipped via Next Day Air will arrive by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., or by the end of the day depending on destination. We suggest that if you ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air; call our customer service department with your shipping preference and zip code to get an accurate delivery schedule via UPS prior to placing your order.


All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All items are shipped UPS or USPS unless you contact our Customer Service Department with a stated preference, prior to placing your order. Our Customer Service Department will be glad to process your order over the phone and check into costs associated with alternative shipping for you. Shipping charges are based on location, weight and size of the total package(s). An additional shipping charge is required for items considered heavy weight and/or oversized. A Customer Service Representative will contact you with the additional shipping charge prior to our shipping department processing your order. The additional charge for shipping a heavy weight and/or oversized item will be processed as a separate transaction on your credit card. Heavy weight and/or oversized items are noted in the product description.


Discrepancies In Shipments

All discrepancies must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-800-577-TREE (8733).


Warranty Information

It is our policy to adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty specifications. Should you have a warranty claim please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-577-TREE (8733) for further instructions.


Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly provide store credit or make an exchange for your return provided the item is in new condition within 10 days of purchase. The product must be in new condition; tags attached and show absolutely no signs of usage. The final decision as to whether or not an item is returnable is at the discretion of Blue Ridge Arborist Supply, LLC.
For the safety of others, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on load bearing gear. Load bearing gear consists of, but not limited to, the following: ropes, fliplines, carabiners, belay devices, rappel devices and harnesses. If you feel an item purchased is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-577-TREE (8733) for further instructions. It is our policy to adhere to the manufacturers warranty specifications.
