Terms and Conditions

Membership

MYTREEWARDS Reward Program is designed to thank the customers of Blue Ridge Arborist Supply, LLC for their loyalty. MYTREEWARDS Reward Program is available to any Blue Ridge Arborist Supply, LLC customer 18 years of age or older. Customers with open credit accounts must be in good standing to receive MYTREEWARDS Reward Program percentage discounts.


Enrollment

Enrollment in MYTREEWARDS Reward Program is free. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-577-TREE (8733) for enrollment or stop by our retail location in Culpeper, Virginia. Information provided by applicants for MYTREEWARDS Reward Program enrollment will not be released to third parties. Blue Ridge Arborist Supply, LLC reserves the right to modify, revise and/or cancel MYTREEWARDS Reward Program and the terms and conditions without prior notice. Blue Ridge Arborist Supply, LLC reserves the right to make any decisions regarding any aspect of MYTREEWARDS Reward Program. By participating in MYTREEWARDS Reward Program, you agree to and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of MYTREEWARDS Reward Program. Enrollment runs from January 1st through December 31st of each current year.


Qualifying Purchases

MYTREEWARDS Reward Program offers the following percentage discounts to all customers, based on enrollment and qualifying purchases, for a full calendar year:


Discount Schedule
  • Purchase $201.00 - $500.00 Receive 3% Discount on each purchase
  • Purchase $500.01 - $800.00 Receive 5% Discount on each purchase
  • Purchase $800.01 - $1,000.00 Receive 8% Discount on each purchase
  • Purchase $1,000.01 and Up Receive 10% Discount on each purchase

Blue Ridge Arborist Supply, LLC will maintain the total of dollars spent for each MYTREEWARDS customer. Each time MYTREEWARDS customer places an order the customer will automatically receive the appropriate discount. Discounts will be rewarded based upon the amount of qualified purchases as outlined in the above discount schedule. Each time you reach the next purchase level, your discount will increase.


MYTREEWARDS Reward Program percentage discounts are accumulative throughout the current calendar year, once you have met the qualifying purchase amount. MYTREEWARDS Reward Program will start over January 1st of each calendar year. MYTREEWARDS percentage discounts are not transferable to next calendar year. Items excluded from qualifying purchase and discounts of MYTREEWARDS Reward Program are but not limited to the following; log splitters, stump grinders, brush chippers, clearance, closeout, specials, shipping, taxes and labor prices.


Participating MYTREEWARDS Reward Program customers who order through our customer service department or who purchase directly at our Retail Store receive MYTREEWARDS percentage discount immediately. Participating MYTREEWARDS customers who order through our On Line Store will be credited their MYTREEWARDS percentage discount back to their credit card within 1-5 business days.


Cancellation

MYTREEWARDS Reward Program members may cancel their membership at anytime by notifying Blue Ridge Arborist Supply, LLC Customer Service Department at 1-800-577-TREE (8733). Cancellation may take up to one week to process. Upon cancellation, you forfeit the right to use your MYTREEWARDS key tag and forfeit the right of future discounts through MYTREEWARDS Reward Program. MYTREEWARDS membership, membership numbers and key tags are non transferrable.
